RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We do not offer refunds on wigs/any hair extensions, exchange only if the size/length sent is incorrect to the one purchased . all sales are final 

 If you wish to cancel your order please contact us within the hour of purchase 

 We have a 7 day refund\exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund\exchange.

 To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Certain types of items cannot be returned and is exchange only, such as wigs or any hair extensions due to hygiene purposes.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return/exchange you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
